What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to families seeking senior living solutions, providing referrals and scheduling tours
- Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily call benchmarks and convert leads into move-ins
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the decision-making process for families
- Collaborate with the team to drive outcomes and improve performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- Capacity to manage a large lead base through intensive follow-up
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed
- No prior senior living industry experience required
