What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to families to follow up throughout their search for senior living communities
- Provide referrals, schedule tours, and offer additional support to families and communities
- Act as a liaison between families in need and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily call benchmarks and convert leads into move-ins
- Work with your Regional Manager to establish a full-time, 40-hour work schedule

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task, including talking on the phone and taking notes on the computer
- Strong capability to manage a large lead base through intensive follow-up
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed
- No senior living industry experience required
