      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide families in their search for senior living communities through outbound calls and referrals
      - Schedule tours and provide support throughout the decision-making process for families
      - Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
      - Meet daily call benchmarks and convert leads into successful move-ins
      - Collaborate with team members to drive outcomes and support families effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
      - Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
      - Capability to manage a large lead base through intensive follow-up
      - Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends
      - No senior living industry experience required
