      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide families in their search for senior living communities through outbound calls and support
      - Schedule tours and provide referrals while assisting families in the decision-making process
      - Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
      - Meet daily call benchmarks and convert leads into move-ins
      - Collaborate with your Regional Manager to establish a full-time work schedule

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
      - Ability to multitask by talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
      - Strong follow-up skills to manage a large lead base effectively
      - No prior senior living industry experience required
      - Positive attitude and flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
