What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively recruit and hire talented sales associates to meet growth goals
- Guide new agents through onboarding and training until their first 10 closings
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to help sales associates set and achieve career goals
- Monitor lead activity and ensure follow-up standards are met
- Lead sales meetings and support agents in lead generation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building capabilities
- Proven track record in recruiting and developing top talent
- Solid understanding of sales processes; familiarity with real estate is a bonus
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer systems; MLS experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a recruiting role, particularly within the real estate industry
- Prior experience in sales or sales management
- Familiarity with performance management and accountability processes
