What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to conduct annual reviews with existing customers, ensuring their coverage meets current needs.
- Identify sales opportunities based on life events and forward them to the appropriate sales team for follow-up.
- Respond to callback requests from AAA Life Policy Holders within established timelines.
- Follow internal processing procedures to ensure all transactions comply with company policies.
- Assist management with research and completion of special projects related to customer engagement.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required; some college-level coursework preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the life insurance industry.
- Basic knowledge of AAA Life Insurance Products.
- Current license to sell life insurance and the ability to maintain any Life and Health insurance sales license in all applicable states, preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Successful completion of LOMA Courses, preferably LOMA 280 or LOMA 281 - Insurance Principles, and LOMA 290 or LOMA 291 - Insurance Operations.
