What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and lead outdoor education activities such as nature hikes and conservation projects
- Supervise students during living activities, ensuring their safety and discipline
- Maintain equipment and learning areas, ensuring a clean and orderly environment
- Administer emergency first aid as needed
- Operate various technology and related equipment to enhance learning experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of natural sciences and environmental education concepts
- Experience working in a residential outdoor education or recreation program with school-age children
- Completion of college-level coursework in natural sciences, recreation, education, or related topics
- Possession of an American Red Cross CPR and First Aid/AED certificate within 30 days of appointment
- Ability to work effectively with students and adults in both small and large group settings
