      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage outdoor industry partners to enhance Wisconsin's outdoor recreation offerings
      - Provide education, technical assistance, and guidance to communities and organizations involved in outdoor recreation development
      - Cultivate relationships and partnerships to facilitate the development of resources and programs
      - Stay informed about existing resources and funding opportunities in the outdoor recreation industry
      - Assist the Director of the Office of Outdoor Recreation in overseeing program initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in consulting or project management capacity
      - Experience facilitating group meetings and planning sessions
      - Experience building and maintaining relationships among diverse stakeholders
      - Knowledge or experience working in outdoor recreation planning or related field
      - Experience applying for or managing complex grants

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in small business development
      - Experience in building and facilitating coalitions
