      The Eliot Community Human Services Outpatient clinics are seeking several strengths based/trauma and diversity informed Outpatient Fee For Service Therapists to provide evidence based counseling for children, teens, families, adults, and elders (therapists may work with multiple populations or specialize).

      Various hours/flexible - Remote, Hybrid, In-person opportunities!

      Our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors and other professionals administer a full range of clinical and support services, resulting in a comprehensive collaborative approach to treatment. The OP FFS Clinician position allows for fully in-person, fully remote or a hybrid of both. The hours are flexible, including evenings and weekends (evenings are in-person and site specific, and weekends are remote only). All candidates need to reside in MA and have a state ID or Drivers' License.

      Responsibilities:

      • Complete diagnostic evaluations and comprehensive assessments, safety and risk assessment, implement treatment planning, and utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy as clinically indicated for direct treatment with individuals and families..
      • Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilizes solution based interventions which best address specific problem areas as identified in the client’s treatment plan.
      • Provide targeted therapy to individuals and families including but not limited to CBT modalities targeting symptoms, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, self-management plans, and other clinical interventions to promote goal oriented and treatment review focused outcomes.
      • Participate, when clinically indicated, in treatment collaborative meetings; such as the Outpatient Risk Consultation Meeting, BHCP Consultation Meetings, etc., in addition to monthly staff meetings.
      • Complete all clinical documentation, such as progress notes, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, quarterly reviews and termination/discharge summaries within the timeframes outlined in the agency’s policies, the content of which demonstrates clear evidence of medical necessity.
      • On a daily basis utilize required platforms, such as MIRAH, to support implementation of evidence based treatment, treatment planning review, and safety/risk review and intervention planning.
      • Respect diversity of others by demonstrating and modeling cultural awareness and sensitivity at all times.

      Hourly Rates:

      MA: $32.50 LCSW: $35.00 LMHC: $40.00 LICSW: $40.00 LMFT: $40.00

      Training, Supervision and Incentive Bonus Pay Opportunities

      • If 15-19 clients are billed per week, you will receive an additional 2 incentive hours of pay
      • If 20+ clients are billed per week, you will receive an extra 3 incentive hours of pay
      • Opportunities to present cases for consultation and support at a variety of other weekly meetings paid at the hourly rate
      • Evidence- based care platform with internal training and certification provided, such as TF-CBT, DBT, CAMS, CR for PTSD, IRT for early psychosis and many others paid at the hourly rate!
      • Weekly individual and group supervision provided to work toward licensure
