What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise, develop, and coach outpatient coders, motivating and supporting team members
- Assist with the Coding Quality Review Program to ensure adherence to accuracy and compliance standards
- Perform data quality reviews on outpatient records to validate coding appropriateness
- Drive operational efficiency in coding workflow, meeting established goals for accuracy and productivity
- Foster positive relationships and contribute to departmental performance improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience coding outpatient records
- Certification as RHIA, RHIT, CPC, or CCS is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on outpatient coding
