What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of educators/trainers to ensure providers are educated on Medicare guidelines
- Monitor provider survey results to meet CMS expectations and contractual obligations
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members for growth and innovation
- Ensure team has necessary technology and tools for remote work education
- Champion creative approaches to work and process improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years of leadership experience in healthcare education/training
- Experience with Medicare Fee for Service or government Medicare insurance
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office
- Experience leading a remote team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading a team of clinicians and non-clinicians in healthcare education/training
- Intermediate or above experience in MS Office products
- Medicare Fee for Service or government Medicare experience
- 0-2 years of experience leading a remote team
