      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly to crisis calls and conduct face-to-face visits as needed
      - Assess crisis situations and provide effective de-escalation and resolution
      - Collaborate with treatment team members and outside resources to deliver services
      - Document clinical interactions and crisis resolutions accurately and timely
      - Manage caseloads effectively while meeting organizational productivity standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a mental health discipline, nursing, or certification as a parent peer specialist with relevant experience
      - Must be at least 23 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clear driving record
      - Knowledge of psychiatric disorders in children/adolescents and cultural diversity
      - Familiarity with behavior management and crisis intervention techniques
      - Ability to document clinical records in accordance with organizational policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with children and adolescents in crisis situations
      - Understanding of psychiatric rehabilitation principles and community resources
      - Knowledge of educational methods suitable for children/adolescents with psychiatric disorders
      - Familiarity with substance abuse issues and interventions
      - Previous experience in a clinical or crisis intervention role
