Department Overview:
The People’s Farm for Sustainable Agriculture strives to educate the UW community about the relationship between people, land, and food. Through our garden workshops, educational events, and outreach programming, we aim to bring critical awareness about food systems, land use, and sustainability issues at UW. Anticipated Start Date:

Must be enrolled as a student at UW-Madison. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

No prior experience is necessary.Position Summary/Job Duties:
Promote The People’s Farm programs and events
Maintain Website and social media presence
Design Materials supporting programs and events, both promotional and otherwise
flyers, posters, and other promotional material
program support material, including information about the program or other People’s Farm initiatives
apparel and branded merchandise
Maintain brand cohesion across all People’s Farm communications
maintain and enforce brand style guide
ensure content and tone of communications are consistent
Develop and implement a long-term outreach strategy
Increase Engagement
Expand audiences
Improve communication effectiveness
Connect and develop relationships with other orgsPhysical Demands:
