What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place a high volume of outbound calls to secure appointments with licensed Nurse Practitioners
- Answer incoming calls from members and case managers, returning voicemails promptly
- Build rapport with members and explain offered services while securing In Home Assessments
- Maintain a high level of performance with minimal oversight after initial training
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or relevant tele-sales experience
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access
- Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with integrated voice/IT systems
- Demonstrable success in building telephonic relationships with customers
- Bilingual in Spanish
