What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments with licensed Nurse Practitioners for in-home assessments
- Respond to incoming calls from members and case managers, and return voicemails promptly
- Establish rapport with members and clearly explain the services offered
- Secure in-home assessments as requested by health plans
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or relevant tele-sales experience
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and various internet-based applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after initial training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with integrated voice/IT systems
- Proven ability to build telephonic relationships quickly with prospective customers
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate health plans in different time zones
