What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Safely drive, operate, and maintain company vehicles
- Maintain tool, material, and safety gear inventory
- Provide services for the construction, operation, and maintenance of ALLO FTTP Networks
- Repair underground fiber optic facilities and install new hardware
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 months or more of relevant experience
- Knowledge of basic fiber installation principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Valid Driver's License

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cable pulling or telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with ALLO installation-construction procedures
