What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
- Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new business
- Manage your sales pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce
- Prepare presentations and proposals utilizing the employer's electronic applications
- Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, and high sense of urgency
- Proactive and self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the payment processing industry
- Background in networking and lead generation through prospecting and cold-calling
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
