What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new business clients
- Manage pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
- Prepare presentations and proposals to educate merchants about payment processing
- Regularly communicate with sales leadership and close sales to meet targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong prospecting skills, including cold-calling and networking
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the payment processing industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
