What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform inside sales from the branch office during training and transition to outside sales in residential areas
- Learn and conduct outdoor sales activities such as door-knocking and referral programs
- Accurately measure and price service areas while explaining benefits and features of services
- Generate additional sales revenue by cross-selling to existing customers and compile sales leads
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and customer contact information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable 3-year driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Proven sales ability and excellent communication skills
- Self-management and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Knowledge of turf care and landscaping practices
- Familiarity with sales software or CRM tools
