      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet with potential and existing customers to promote lawn care services
      - Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
      - Utilize consultative sales techniques to exceed client expectations
      - Act as the face and voice of the company in customer interactions
      - Contribute to the overall success of the company and your own financial growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Valid driver’s license with an acceptable 3-year driving record
      - Ability to obtain Turf and Ornamental Certification (Tennessee locations only)
      - Ability to pass drug screening and background check
      - Proven sales ability and self-motivation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in outside sales or a related field
      - Strong communication skills, particularly in explaining technical information
      - Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
      - Familiarity with the lawn care industry and services offered
