What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with potential and existing customers to promote and sell lawn care services
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and utilizing social media
- Provide exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations
- Represent the company’s culture and values while interacting with clients
- Contribute to the overall success of the company through effective sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable 3-year driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Proven sales ability and experience
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information simply
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in outside sales or a related field
- Familiarity with lawn care products and services
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to lead generation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
