      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet with potential and existing customers to promote lawn care services
      - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and social media

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable 3-year driving record (subject to review and approval by an insurance company)
      - Ability to obtain Turf and Ornamental Certification (Tennessee locations only)
      - Ability to pass drug screening and background check
      - Proven sales ability

      - Experience in sales, especially in the lawn care or service industry
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
      - Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
      - Ability to work independently with little supervision
      - Familiarity with using social media for business networking
