- Strategically identify and build relationships with high-potential target accounts
- Conduct consultative discovery calls that uncover client pain points and strategic challenges
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities at least 3X your annual quota
- Develop and implement account strategies that position Town Web as a strategic partner rather than a vendor
- Fiercely competitive, self-directing, and self-starting
- Fast-paced multi-tasker who loves being under pressure and drives initiatives with intensity and urgency
- Fearless and decisive, not hesitating to initiate contact with and pursue new prospects without referrals
- Strategic thinker who can connect client challenges to Town Web solutions in meaningful ways
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in consultative selling, business development, or other related roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Base salary: $50,000
- On-target earnings: $100,000-$125,000 with unlimited upside potential

If so, as the Outsales Sales Executive for Town Web, you will work with the Head of Sales. Together you'll develop and spearhead efforts to drive market expansion. We use a consultative selling approach to sell our innovative solutions.
The Outside Sales Executive needs to be a results-driven individual who craves the freedom to develop strategic client relationships, constantly pushes the envelope to innovate and find better ways of solving client challenges, and cares more about delivering transformative outcomes than making transactional sales.
