      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cold call potential customers using a provided phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
      - Answer incoming leads from prospective customers and engage with them effectively
      - Utilize scripts to inform customers about product features, prices, and benefits
      - Understand customer requirements through pertinent questioning and provide tailored solutions
      - Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in a computer system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role
      - Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
      - Familiarity with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - High school diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus
