What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the professional representative for the employer with current and prospective customers
- Conduct facility surveys and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and follow-ups
- Generate new sales opportunities and respond promptly to inside sales requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous outside sales experience, preferably in industrial sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Clean driving record and ability to travel extensively

- Experience with CAD and familiarity with engineering blueprints and building plans
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Proven ability to maintain a positive company image during customer interactions
