      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Travel through assigned territory to solicit orders and negotiate sales with regular and prospective customers
      - Meet sales targets for defined products, including Water Heaters, Expansion Tanks, Digital Mixing Valves, and Commercial Pumps
      - Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary point of contact for current and potential customers
      - Demonstrate products to Engineers, Contractors, and Wholesalers through samples, catalogs, and training sessions
      - Prepare marketing and sales reports while attending trade shows and industry events as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience
      - 4+ years of sales experience, preferably with a rep or mechanical firm
      - Strong computer software skills, including familiarity with social media, email, CRM, and document programs
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize sales leads effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to develop new business and close sales
      - Experience in the Plumbing and HVAC Industry
      - Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn
      - Customer-centric mindset with strong negotiation skills
      - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
