      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate interest in products to increase sales in the assigned territory
      - Develop and maintain professional relationships with HVAC contractors, distributors, and potential customers
      - Provide technical support and solutions to customer problems
      - Track and strategize HVAC projects to secure project orders
      - Organize technical presentations and factory tours for customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Technical degree preferred, or 3-5 years of applicable HVAC industry experience
      - Experience working with Mechanical and Control HVAC Contractors preferred
      - Must reside in the Orlando, Tampa, or Jacksonville, FL area
      - Valid Driver's License and personal automobile available for sales and service calls
      - Ability to travel 50% with 25-50% overnight travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM software for tracking sales and customer interactions
      - Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      - Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds
      - Knowledge of HVAC project specifications and bidding processes
