      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales results by implementing professional sales techniques and delivering exceptional customer service
      - Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts while targeting new customers

      - Utilize internal CRM to document and manage sales activities in the assigned territory
      - Complete daily sales reports on account activity and proposals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience required
      - Valid Driver's License with a good driving record required
      - Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and general rigging preferred
      - Familiarity with industrial construction and maintenance preferred

      - Experience in outside sales within the equipment rental industry
      - Knowledge of local projects and market conditions
