      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales for assigned distribution in the electrical market
      - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to influence key decision-makers
      - Introduce new products and communicate promotions to customers and prospects
      - Maintain and update a working sales plan to achieve annual sales forecasts
      - Identify market trends and account needs to meet sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
      - Two (2) years of combined experience in outside sales in a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Knowledge of key markets such as water, gas, and electric utilities
      - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of sales experience, preferably within utility markets
      - Solid understanding of the construction industry
      - Advanced selling skills and market development experience
      - Prospecting and cold calling experience
      - Experience in time and territory management
