      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and sell waste handling products to new and existing customers, focusing on construction and agricultural sectors
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with account contacts and identify new sales prospects
      - Provide exceptional customer support and service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
      - Implement programs for new products or suppliers in alignment with Sales & Marketing initiatives
      - Travel to meet clients and conduct cold calls or visits as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in territory-based sales
      - High School Diploma required; formal education is a plus but can be substituted with relevant work experience
      - Prior experience in the waste or construction industry is highly preferred
      - Mechanical aptitude related to heavy-duty trucks is encouraged
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems, particularly in construction and agriculture
      - Proven ability to follow up and maintain a strong customer base
      - Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
      - Experience in implementing sales programs and initiatives
