What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and sell waste handling products to existing and potential customers
- Build professional relationships and rapport with account contacts, identifying prospects for cold calling and visits
- Provide outstanding customer and product support to maintain and grow an existing customer base
- Implement programs involving new products and/or suppliers in conjunction with specific Sales & Marketing initiatives
- Articulate the company's competitive advantages to minimize losses and maximize growth opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in territory-based sales
- Prior experience in the waste or construction industry is highly preferred
- Mechanical aptitude related to heavy-duty trucks is encouraged
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; formal education is a plus but not required
- Strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service and support

- Experience in sales within the waste management or construction sectors
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems, especially construction (dump truck) and agriculture systems
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
