      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and develop relationships with local owners, managers, and service providers in the industry
      - Generate new business with end users, key decision-makers, and management companies
      - Plan, schedule, and lead daily meetings with customers in the assigned portfolio
      - Maintain accurate customer activity records using company-provided tools
      - Analyze data and recognize trends to inform sales strategy and deliver desired results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in MRO sales or B2B sales
      - Ability to apply a consultative selling strategy to understand customer needs
      - Strong focus on delivering best-in-class customer service with integrity
      - Willingness to participate in all company-directed training sessions and meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 2 years of outside sales experience within MRO or B2B sales
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management tools
      - Experience participating in industry trade shows and conferences
      - Ability to recognize and understand the competitive landscape within assigned markets
