What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver individual and company sales goals by implementing professional sales techniques and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain quality relationships with existing accounts while targeting and acquiring new customers
- Utilize company resources and technology to document sales activities for the assigned territory
- Complete and submit daily sales reports on account activity and proposals
- Collaborate internally to develop and maintain trusted relationships with key personnel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B or non-retail sales experience required
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record required
- Must meet insurance underwriting requirements
- Industrial equipment and/or general rigging knowledge strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in industrial construction and maintenance
- Outside sales experience in equipment rentals
- Strong knowledge of local projects and market conditions
