What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by implementing professional sales techniques and meeting individual and company sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while targeting and acquiring new customers
- Continuously assess market conditions and company offerings to increase market share
- Provide timely follow-up and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized documentation of sales activities and submit daily sales reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B or non-retail sales experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and/or general rigging
- Familiarity with industrial construction and maintenance
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record, meeting insurance underwriting requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Outside sales experience in equipment rentals
- Knowledge of local projects and market conditions
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Liftware CRM
