What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in MRO sales or B2B sales
- Strong understanding of competitive landscape within assigned markets
- Ability to apply a consultative selling strategy to meet customer needs
- Must participate in all company-directed training sessions and meetings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years' experience in Outside Sales within MRO or B2B sales
