      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct prospecting activities to establish appointments with customer decision-makers through cold calls, lead generation, and networking
      - Maintain and nurture a current customer base while identifying new customer needs
      - Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to key decision-makers
      - Educate customers on new products and product lines to increase sales
      - Resolve customer issues and problems while ensuring a professional vehicle presentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three to five years of outside sales (business-to-business) experience, preferably in the lumber industry
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the building materials or lumber industry
      - Strong business presentation, selling principles, negotiation, and closing skills
      - Self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement
