      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a sales action plan that includes budgeting and sales forecasts to generate new sales and maintain existing sales
      - Utilize sales tools and systems, including Outlook and Salesforce.com, for effective customer engagement
      - Cultivate and manage existing accounts, including site inspections and customer interactions
      - Plan and manage trade shows and related activities for the operational facility/territory
      - Maintain sales reports and communicate relevant market and competitor information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Glass sales experience is a plus
      - Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to interact with diverse personalities within the field and support staff
      - Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in forecasting, analyzing, and strategizing sales efforts
      - Ability to perform mathematical calculations with numbers, fractions, and decimals
