What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs and competitive activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage their own schedule
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel within Kentucky and Tennessee to visit customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 to 5 years of outside sales experience
- Experience in construction supply or industrial distribution
- Familiarity with general contractors and/or municipalities
- Experience in utility damage prevention industry
- Ability to provide equipment demonstrations
