      Job Description

      Grand Canyon Auto Supply is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Outside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will use your customer focused sales skills to promote the entire NAPA line of products and services to both new and existing wholesale customers, while always seeking out new sales opportunities. If you seek a fast-paced sales position with opportunities to control your earnings through a generous bonus program, then the Outside Sales Specialist Position with Grand Canyon Auto Supply is for the job for you!

      Primary Responsibilities Include:

      • Work with the Store Manager and Owner to develop sales plans
      • Call on existing store wholesale customers to maintain and grow current relationships
      • Drive growth of Grand Canyon Auto Supply/NAPA Auto Parts in Flagstaff by proactively initiating, contacting, managing and developing leads on a regular basis
      • Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing customers
      • Develop new customer relationships with wholesale customers through prospecting and cold calling
      • Staying informed of new NAPA products or sales promotions by working with the NAPA sales reps and then relaying the product knowledge to our customers and employees
      • Attending product knowledge classes & training sessions for our customers
      • Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving customer questions and issues that may arise in person or by phone.
      • Following up on all leads and customer requests
      • Demonstrating a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct & appearance at all times

      Qualifications

      • 2+ years experience in the aftermarket auto parts industry or experience in the automotive industry
      • Sales background/experience a must
      • Excellent communication and organization skills
      • Valid driver license, reliable transportation and able to maintain a clean driving record
      • Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment
      • Self-motivated and sales driven
      • Manage time efficiently
      • Be a Team Player
