      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle aspects of the monthly close, including reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting
      - Usage, training, and implementation of cloud-based tools
      - Coordinate various phases of engagements and review working papers
      - Provide supervision, training, and guidance to staff members
      - Assist clients with financial reporting and accounting matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting
      - 3+ years of experience in public accounting or private industry
      - Concentration in nonprofit organizations preferred
      - Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage Intacct
      - Experience with cloud-based applications
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior CPA firm experience
      - Familiarity with Bill.com, Tallie, Expensify
      - Ability to mentor and train staff
