What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, facilitating HR processes
- Administer payroll and benefits administration in compliance with regulations
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including record-keeping and data entry
- Act as a liaison between clients and vendors
- Collaborate with HR team and other business units as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll & benefits administration
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong knowledge of federal and state HR regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite at HQ and remotely

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in HR consulting services
- SHRM certification
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of plan provisions and compliance
- Experience with vendor management
