- Provide technical support through an email ticketing system for approximately 60 staff members
- Assist with troubleshooting computer software and hardware issues
- Collaborate with full-time IT staff on various IT-related projects
- Close tickets in a timely manner to maintain efficient help desk operations
- Communicate effectively with staff and manage multiple tasks independently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current college student
- Interest in troubleshooting computer software and hardware
- Ability to balance work commitments with academic responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous and responsive communication
- Capability to lift 20 lbs and perform tasks on the ground for equipment installation/moving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a help desk or IT support role
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer service software
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
