What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-user support via phone, resolving technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Support Microsoft Office, Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory
- Offer technical assistance and customer service
- Occasionally provide onsite support in Downers Grove, IL

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years' experience in Helpdesk support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, bug fixes, software/hardware updates, network, and server administration
- Experience with multi-factor authentication, G-Suite, or Apple iOS
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Sec+, CompTIA Network+, Azure, or Microsoft related
- Reimaging experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
