What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient shipping and receiving of products
- Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Ensure all associates are trained and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating, and follow-up skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Competency in performing basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in warehouse safety programs and OSHA regulations
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems
- Background in inventory control and management
- Previous experience handling employee inquiries and problem resolution
