What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overnight support to customers, ensuring quick resolution of trading and reconciliation issues
- Assist customers in the APAC and EMEA markets with start of day support for data reconciliation
- Troubleshoot technical challenges through direct interaction with customers via Zendesk, including data integrations
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to address customer bugs and enhancement needs
- Mentor and coach team members as the organization scales, contributing to a collaborative learning environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in troubleshooting technical customer issues within the FinTech industry
- Hands-on experience with FinTech industry file formats (DTCC - CTM, FIX, SWIFT, etc.)
- Experience with portfolio management and/or reconciliation systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer escalations professionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Zendesk and familiarity with Google Apps or MS Office
- Comfort with collaboration tools like Slack, JIRA/Confluence
- Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology
- Previous experience in customer service roles within the financial services sector
