What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overnight support to customers to ensure quick resolution of trading and reconciliation issues
- Interact with customers via Zendesk tickets to troubleshoot technical challenges within the Ridgeline environment
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to address customer bugs and enhancement needs
- Develop expertise in the Ridgeline application, focusing on Front Office Applications and Market Data
- Mentor and coach team members as the organization continues to scale

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing or troubleshooting technical customer issues within the FinTech industry
- Hands-on experience with FinTech Industry File Formats and workflow processes
- Proven ability to handle customer escalations with patience and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Zendesk and Google Apps or the MS Office suite
- Familiarity with Slack, JIRA/Confluence
- Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology
