      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day communication with servicing and internal business partners regarding portfolio performance
      - Administer quality control reviews for an assigned portfolio of loans according to applicable guidelines
      - Prepare concise reports based on independent reviews of assigned loans
      - Assist in the administration of change management and issues management testing
      - Conduct call and transaction monitoring, tracking workflows, patterns, and service levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Degree or equivalent required
      - Minimum of six (6) years of mortgage or loan servicing experience
      - Experience working in MSP required
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Good research skills for interpreting statutes and guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in quality control or performance assessment within the mortgage industry
      - Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
      - Proven track record of improving customer service quality
      - Ability to summarize complex data into actionable insights
