What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage contacts with Lincoln dealerships in Northern California to enhance customer satisfaction and service experiences
- Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively to both company and dealership employees
- Ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices using mainframe applications and Qlik dashboards
- Utilize Microsoft 365 Suite to support dealership operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive or related industries
- Proven track record of increasing responsibility in previous roles
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with dealerships and internal teams
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of dealership automotive contact experience
