- Able to compose memos, agendas, minutes, presentations, and other related correspondence. Experience with internet-based meeting programs.
- Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve and suggest solutions.
- Must demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize special projects with routine assignments and adapt to change in a busy office.
- Ability to work with confidential/sensitive information.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.

Hiring Range$20.00 – $22.00 Per Hour

Description of Position:
Program Specific Duties:
Accreditation Support: Managing data, compiling CoAEMSP reports, conducting resource assessments, overseeing surveys, maintaining accreditation documentation, and supporting CAPCE accreditation activities.
Employee Onboarding: Streamlining onboarding procedures, providing training support, and managing employee schedules and certifications.
Purchasing and Budgetary Management: Overseeing purchasing processes, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring, and providing detailed financial reports.
File Retention and Accounting: Ensuring organized file retention, supporting accounting tasks, and managing AHA program files.
Program Support: Assisting with paramedic program applications, vaccination records, CastleBranch system management, and clinical/field rotation scheduling data entry into Platinum Planner and MyClinicalExchange Systems.
Inventory: Assist with internal inventory management, administering inventory software
Event Management: Coordinate department events and scheduling.
Administrative Assistance: Providing general support, managing schedules for the Director of EMS, and liaising between departments.
