What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry of incoming Medical Exception Request Forms (MERFs) accurately and promptly
- Maintain and archive files of processed MERFs and responses in a central location
- Dispense MERFs to appropriate PA Coordinators according to established policies
- Support customer service with administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and contribute to team objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Windows-based database programs
- Current Pharmacy Technician License and/or CPhT certification preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), health plan, or healthcare
- Knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in a fast-paced office setting
